Music Lyric Monday

Weeeeeeell. It's been a while. Hiya there, all you readers. I know I have tons from all the comments I get (um, yeah, that was sarcastic. You guys sure are great at posting responses. Can you type, or do you choose not to?). So, anyway, I felt the need to update all of you on my weekend.

Originally, I had a lot of plans. I mean, I had plenty of 'no plans' time, but I had plans. I woke up on Saturday, weeping puss from my right eye. Yes. It was rather loverly. I called them my 'eye boogers,' and - believe me - it looked a whole lot like boogers. So, my daddy calls the doctor's office, and they tell us it can be one of two things: an infected tear duct, or pink eye. They give us instructions to help the swelling (my right eye was about the fourth the size of my left), and told us to come in on Monday if it hadn't gone away. Saturday was spent playing the piano, singing, watching movies, and being bored out of my mind. I fully expected to be all better on Sunday, but I wasn't. So, the day that I was hardly going to be home at all, I was home all day. It stunk. I swear, I've used more tissues the past two days than I did all of winter - for eye boogers. O.o Thankfully, however, I'm pretty much better today. My right eye is slightly swollen, but you can only tell if you look closely.

The play and dinner on Friday was so much fun!! Except for the dumb people who were sitting behind us. I swear - you would think they didn't know how to behave in society - they talked the ENTIRE time! I was so embarrassed to be like, "Oh, yeah. They go to my school. They're honors students. So am I..."

Oh, have any of you been watching the Olympics? Can I say that the German couple for figure skating short competition was... scary?! I was hiding under my blanket for the first part(haha, I don't like clowns, if any of you don't know...), but then I realized they were sparkly and focused on that. The Chinese couple that won was my favorite - they were so cute together! And so elegant! Can you believe he's been skating for 31 years?! It's CRAZY!
